Norma Winstone has been part of the British Jazz scene since the 1960s, including work with Michael Garrick, Azimuth and Kenny Wheeler. I have seen both Winstone and Simcock many times before. The former with Nicky Iles, Gareth Willams, Fred Hersch, Michael Garrick and Iain Ballamy. The later wuth his own sextet, the Lighthouse Trio, Acoustic Triangle, Kenny Wheeler, Lee Konitz and Stan Sulzmann.
