25th (or rather early hours of 26th) January 2018 at the Art School, Glasgow.

Festival Club, Celtic Connections Festival, www.celticconnections.com/.

Country: Britain. Style: Traditional Scottish Folk.

Lineup: Alastair Caplin (fiddle/MD), Adam Beattie (v/g/b), Rioghnach Connolly (v/flute), Dominie Hooper (v/cello), John Langan (v/g/(cajón), Dila Vardar (v), Mikey Kenney (fiddle), Ewan MacDonald (fiddle/cittern), Lewis Murray (fiddle), Ellis Davies (g), Dave Tunstall (b/border pipes), Feilimi Devlin (bodhrán).

Formed for a Burns Night to celebrate the music and life of the Scottish National Poet Rabbie Burns. It includes members of several different groups (the Langan Band, Odd Beats, Honeyfeet, etc). They have evolved into a more regular outfit with their appearance at Celtic Connections was part of a national tour. The only members I have photographed before are Connolly and Davies with Honeyfeet (www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/albums/72157684838466253/) and MacDonald with SOAS Kurdish Band (www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/sets/72157645577061265/).
