Eddi Reader, from Glasgow, released her first album of Robert Burns' songs in 2003. Here she was joined by the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra (formed in 1995) to perform a progamme entitled "Alba: Songs of Scotland" which included a fair springling of Burns. This was the fifth time I have seen the SNJO, but the first I have taken photos. I have, though, photographed Director Tommy Smith in a duo with Brain Kellock, see: www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/sets/72157654479129772/.
