21st September 2015 at the Green Note, London NW1.

Folk and Roots / Folk on Monday, folkandroots.co.uk/.

Country: Britain. Style: Traditional English Folk.

Lineup: John Dipper (viola d'amore), Nick Hart (v/concertina/bones), Tom Moore (fiddle).

This is a recent collaboration (about a year) between John Dipper (from Wiltshire), Tom Moore (from Norfolk) and Nick Hart (also from East Anglia). Their set was a mixture of tunes and songs from Hart, including ones identified with what he called "the big boys" of East Anglian Folk: Cox, Larner and Pardon. I took photos earlier this year of John Dipper playing solo at the same venue (see: www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/sets/72157651882807121/) and of Tom Moore with Moore Moss Rutter at the Southbank (see: www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/sets/72157649876383460/).
