Ewan McLennan had been due to perform at the Annual Commemoration of the part played by the International Brigade in the Spanish Civil War at Jubilee Gardens. He arrived late in time for Social Gathering which followed. McLennan sang a few songs before Na-Mara and then joined them for "the Valley of Jarama" - which has become the anthem for International Brigade celebrations. The duo was formed in 2006 and while today their set was Spanish Civil War themed, they also perform songs from Asturias, Galicia and Britanny as well as their own compositions.
