24th June 2015 near The Scoop, London SE1.

Part of More London Free Festival (annual event).

Country: Britain. Style: Traditional English Folk.

Line Up: Nicola Kearey (v/mini-accordion), Ian Carter (dobro), Ellie Wilson (fiddle), Si Foote (cajón).

This band grew out of electronica/dubstep group Various Production (a.k.a. Various), which started including folk tracks on the other side of their 7" records. The current version of the band numbers five, but harmony singer Fran Morter (confusingly sometimes called Fran Kempster or Fran Foote on the internet) was absent for this gig. Their set included many very well known songs ("Hard Times of Old England", "Rigs of London Town", "Barbara Allen", "Two Sisters", "Seven Gypsies", "Blacksmith", "Bedlam") as well as their own updated ones (for example one about a lorry driver).
