Lineup: Maiuko Fi (reading), Paul Brasington (violin) and djembe player from Xipane-Pane.
After the introduction the first performance was a reading by Maiuko Fi (accomanied by violin and djembe) of José Craveirinha's poem “I want to be a Drum”. Before independence Craveirinha was jailed for his membership of FRELIMO.
