The six musicians in Mokoomba come from the Victoria Falls region of Zimbabwe and are part of the Tonga people, one of the country’s minority groups. They blend Tonga rhythms with sounds from other parts of Southern Africa and further afield. Threy are joined ion this European tour by a horn section from Belgium.
