This concert was due to feature Tommy People, but he was ill and replaced by Paddy Glackin (once of the Bothy Band). Paddy Glackin and Siobhán Peoples are from Dublin and Clare but strongly influenced by the Donegal fiddle tradition by their fathers (Tom and Tommy). Steve Cooney moved to Ireland from Australia around 1980 (he now lives in Kerry) and has established himself as one of the most in demand guitarists in Irish traditional music.
