Country: Britain & Cuba (British resident) & other (British resident). Style: Afro-Cuban, particularly songs to the Orishas.

Lineup: includes Daniela Rosselson de Armas (v), Mish Aminoff (v), Anita Chakraborty (v), Nana Clara Aldrin-Quaye (v), Juanita Euka (v), Davinia Baños (v), Collette Boardman (v/maraca/guataca/bata), Jimmy Le Messurier (bata/chekere/conga), Hammadi Rencurrell Valdés (bata/chekere/conga), Raudelis Quiala Cisneros ["El Piqui"] (bata/chekere/conga).

The Choir was formed in 2006 and at this concert consisted of 16 singers and 4 percussionists. Most of the songs they performed were dedicated to a particular Orisha. The Yoruba people, brought from Africa to Cuba as slaves, regard Orishas as intermediaries between human beings and God. The Choir include members from many countries. Two of the percussionists were Cuban. Baños is Spanish. Aldrin-Quaye is from Ghana and brought up in Spain. Euka was brought up in Argentina with parents from the Congo.
