11th May 2012 at National Theatre (Djanogly Concert Pitch), London SE1.

Free Foyer Music.

Country: Australia (incl. British Resident). Style: Jazz - vocal.

Lineup: Trudy Kerr (v), Ingrid James (v), Barry Green (p), Geoff Gascoyne (bass g).

Trudy Kerr and Ingrid James Are both from Queensland, Australia and sang together in the 1980s. In 1990 Kerr moved to London whilst James stayed in Brisbane. Two years ago they came together for an album “Reunion”, and this gig was a follow up. They were due to do another one the next evening with a trumpeter and drummer. This provoked the thought that I’ve never seen a drum kit on the Djanogly Concert Pitch. Perhaps they are banned.
