Here's the view of the Olympic flames I had in August 2012 when I was lucky enough to have attended the semi-final of the Men's 100 m, today makes the 8th anniversary of the Opening of the London Games! Where has the time gone hey!!!

Here's a large red damselfly that recently emerged from my pond here in Catford, South London. It's the 1st time I've actually seen anything come out of my pond in the 5 years since it's been there! I thought it was devoid of life until a few weeks ago & was basically just the local watering hole, as up until then I've only seen the birds, squirrels, foxes & my cat drink from it..:)

Here's my local garden Robin Redbreast, who visits me every morning demanding I feed her lol, I give her meal worms in a bowl & if she see's it's empty she sits on the fence & gives me evils..:)
