Lovely walk along the sunny side of Crucmmock Water before the sun disappeared behind Melbreak. Sorry I can no longer upload photos due to Flickr's limit of 1000 photos. When they delete the oldest 2323 photos I may be able to add new ones by deleting existing ones but this will be less frequent that in the past.

As I was taking photos on the shore of Ennerdale this Robin landed a few feet away as though begging to have its photo taken. Unfortunately, I had a wide angle lens on. As I started to change lenses it flew off. So I put a few crumbs on a rock and fortunately it returned for this shot.

Ironically the first photo I uploaded to Flickr back in 2010 was this red squirrel - an endangered species in England. It will also be the first into Flickr's Christmas shredder as they destroy amateurs work (unless they pay the ransom) in favour of professionals.

As Flickr are going to destroy hundreds of hours of my work unless I buy their professional account [extortion racket] I am going to put photography on a back burner for while and concentrate on other things such as music and the occassional video on youtube. This is one I created using a cheap little SJCam waterproof camera with music composed on the Mono Station.

A wide panoramic view of Blea Tarn above the little village of Boot in Eskdale on a beautiful winter's day.
