This is another image from a recent wander through the old downtown of Fort Erie, Ontario, On the side of an empty commercial building (formerly a store of some type it seems) is a bright red metal stair case (hence, Red Rule). Set against the brick wall and accented by the green eavestrough downspout and the deep, late afternoon shadows, made for a nice abstract composition. - JW
