next to our cottage (on nevis), there was an ever-blooming tree. it littered the walkway with entire blossoms, not just petals, as we see during midwest spring. a friend said there’s a feeling of hope in this image, which made me think: what if we left full blossoms—compassion, love, acceptance—along our pathway? what if we littered the earth with hope, kindness, and beauty? i think it’s possible, bit by bit, one step at a time. our actions make a difference. may they be wise, kind, and true.
