I love Los Angeles donut shops. I'm visiting family in the Boston area now and feeling pretty bummed out by how Dunkin Donuts erased nearly every small Mom n Pop donut business across the entire state.

Went to LA for the first time in my life with the goal of doing a taco tour. I've been making tacos at home for a few years now, really trying my best to make something authentic and delicious. It was such an awesome experience meet up with friends and do this and really have a range of amazing tacos. I could only learn a bit through observation, everyone was too busy to stop and chat. It did help my thinking around what a great taco really can be.
