I found it amusing that these guys reminded me of the actions of birds; the guy with his hands in his back pockets reminded me of a perched pigeon with its wings folded standing on a ledge with three other birds; the main subject with the fluttering jacket reminded me of a bird flapping its wings--ready for take off; the kneeing guy and his smoking companion--priming themselves and preparing to copy the fly-guy.
