A falls that I missed when I lived out there for whatever reason. But, with a lot of resting my knee and sitting on bolders and shooting the occasional streamside image or two, I made it only to find half a bus load of people up there. And of course they all wanted to climb out on the rocks next to the falls for their photos to be taken.
Just when the light was getting good I had to rush over to this location and quickly set up and hope the people got tired and left.
I spent 10 times more of my time waiting than making images.

Time for some wildlife for a change. I found this beautiful 6x6 mule deer buck one afternoon resting about 30 ft. off the edge of the road with a smaller 4x4 buck.

This 4x4 Mule deer,sometimes also called Blacktailed deer, was with the 6x6 buck. They just wanted a place to rest up a bit before heading out feeding again. Both of these two were just 30 feet off the paved roadway.
