The was the first dawn launch at Cape Kennedy. After I went back home I developed the slides and printed a 16x20 of this image and matted and framed it. I took it back the following week for the first landing at Cape Kennedy and showed it to one of the chief of staff in the press core room. He asked if he could have it and hung it on the wall next to his office. I was humbled, as there must be hundreds of launches, even the Saturn Moon launches, in the press core room. I hope it is still there today.
