Scarlet Macaw - Dave & Dave's Nature Park, La Virgen, Costa Rica

Bird Species (# 290) that I photographed and placed on my Flickr Photostream. Overall goal is 1000

Dave Sr and Dave Jr planted a bunch of Almond and Jabillo trees in hopes of attracting Wild Scarlet Macaws to their Nature Park. While my wife and I were visiting we were lucky enough to have three of them fly in and start eating away at the seed pods.
