The southern barn of the Moulton family ranch just off Antelope Flats Road and inside Grand Teton National Park.....
The barn was built by homesteaders in the early 1900s and is supposedly the most photographed barn in the world.

Oxbow Bend in Grand Teton National Park has got to be one of the ten best places a photographer can stand in North America....and I was fortunate to be standing there last week.
A "must visit" if you enjoy landscape photography.

Willow Flats is the broad expanse that lies to the east of Jackson Lake in Grand Teton National Park.
This is a handheld shot (taken with a Nikon D80 and a Nikkor 18-200mm VR lens) from just outside Jackson Lake Lodge as the sun began to illuminate the Tetons.....

I've photographed the southern Moulton Barn several different times and the nuances of color and light always change with the day and the season.....
I was glad I got up early to see this with my own eyes, and through the lens.
Moulton Barn in on Mormon Row just east of the southern entrance to Grand Teton National Park. It is just off Antelope Flats Road and is truly a barn for the ages....

Once in a great while the water at Oxbow Bend in Grand Teton National Park is still enough to create a surface that mirrors Mount Moran magically......and I was lucky enough to be there when that magic moment happened last weekend. I was standing next to a local who said she had never seen the water so still in the last ten years.
Oxbow Bend is approximately 34 miles north of Jackson, Wyoming and is one of my favorite spots in North America. I hope you'll be able to visit this scene in person someday in your future......
