The 500 model name had a short life. I believe this car used a Volvo platform redesigned to cut production costs.
This catalog is unusual in that it is in Korean, for the Korean market. It looks like they only offered AWD in Korea. Been a long time since I have seen one of these. The Taurus name was revived.
