One hundred is the atomic number of fermium, an actinide.
On the Celsius scale, 100 degrees is the boiling temperature of pure water at sea level.
The Kármán line lies at an altitude of 100 kilometres above the Earth's sea level and is commonly used to define the boundary between Earth's atmosphere and outer space.
I am emotional at reaching 100 images, and I am indebted to all the super friends and colleagues I meet who improve my images, day by day. keep at it, I love you all!

99 is a Kaprekar number, a lucky number, a palindromic number, the ninth repdigit, the sum of the cubes of three consecutive integers: 99 = 23 + 33 + 43.
Also, the sum of the sums of the divisors of the first 11 positive integers and more crucially, the atomic number of Einsteinium, an actinide.
A 99 Flake ice cream, or more commonly a 99 or ninety-nine, is an ice cream cone, usually made with soft serve ice cream, into which a Flake bar has been inserted. The ice cream is usually vanilla flavoured. They are sold by ice cream vans and parlours. Variations include a 99 with two flakes - often referred to as a double 99 or "bunny's ears" - and a 99 with strawberry or raspberry syrup on top, sometimes known as monkey's blood.
There are many references to 99s in British and Irish pop culture. The pop-electronica duo The KLF used ice-cream van iconography and included the phrase "Make mine a 99" in their 1991 single version of "Justified and Ancient". DI Alec Hardy eats a ninety-nine in the first episode of the British drama Broadchurch.

A self number in base 10, since there is no integer that added to its own digits adds up to 97.
The highest two digit number where the sum of its digits is a square.
Messier object M97, a magnitude 12.0 planetary nebula in the constellation Ursa Major, also known as the Owl Nebula.
Ninety Seven is the atomic number of berkelium, an actinide.
Note too, the Old 97's are an alt-country band, which took their name from the song "The Wreck of the Old 97".
