Light painting photography. It's so dark in the middle of the forest. I couldn't see a thing without my flashlight. I stumbled over roots and hit my head continuously to the trees while waving my light tools. But, it was worth it!

An imaginary sea creature, swimming through my dreams. A great spot with these old trees around. I found those curved branches interesting, like they were holding something in their arms. For the creature I used optic fiber and various small LED lights. Camera: Olympus E-M1 mk3 @ Live Composite mode

Greetings from the beautiful Lake Saimaa! Last night I just had to do some light drawing in front of this amazing scene. Mosquitos all over me and small baby perches were nibbling my toes as I stood in water with bare feet 😄

Luminous sea creatures from the dephts of my imagination. Some species use bioluminescence for hunting, mating or to camouflage from predators. It is really fascinating how they are able to control chemical reactions in their bodies and produce visible light. Long exposure light art, no Photoshop.

Once in a year the seasonal rainfalls make the Namib desert bloom. It's quite regional phenomenon, truly a miracle, since the annual rainfall in its driest parts is about 5 mm. Camera and lens: Olympus OM-D E-m5 mkIII, M.Zuiko 12-40mm f/2.8 Pro. Light tools provided by LIght Painting Paradise
