Weekend 3-hr hike in he forest behind my place at Nth Stradbroke Island (Queensland, Australia, east coast).

It was awesome to hang out with friends and hit the hiking trail again, weaving up through the hilly contours up through the forest and the tall red gum trees shown here.

Hiking is certainly a great to exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a cool whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between.

Including getting into nature and experiencing that one-with-nature, in the moment, experience. Forgetting about everything else and rejuvenating body and mind. Tops for sure!
