A very rare visitor this far north, this White-winged Dove was a first for me. Now I recognize that this bird may be common and mundane to some of you southern folk, just another bird that craps on your car window - for me, it was like Christmas all over again.

So, there's one bird reported in all of Ontario... I drive 4 hours to find it... roll the Ram down this narrow road... and there's the bird waving me over. What's the chances?
