My daughter Erin got married a couple of weeks ago. Guess who shot the wedding? After 30 years of wedding photography, I gave it up a few years ago and swore I would never do another. But.... she is my little girl.

Personally I have never been so disgusted in my life. A rare visitor from the north (Northern Hawk Owl) showed up in a small swamp close by. I went there the second day it was reported, about 20 people there. Two days later, another 300 people.

Personally I have no problem with the "people" - every one deserves a look and a pic. The bird has wings, its already flown 1000 miles, a few more miles to get away is no big deal.

What I do find offensive are the idiots that walk up and down the street yelling at people, voicing opinions not based in fact or reality.

That's why I prefer to shoot alone (or with my friend Chuck). Never again.... life is too short.
