Often overlooked by photographers, the Northern Rough-winged Swallow is an aerial flight master. This rusted post at the local fish harbor was a favorite perch. I draped an old anchor rope over the post to add visual appeal.

These two swallows were collecting straw along the lake bank for nesting material when they both decided to take the same piece... (not like its the last blade of grass left on earth..)
