Stretching in an arc over 3,000 kilometers of northern Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan and the northwestern and northeastern states of India and southwestern Tibet, the Himalaya hotspot includes all of the world's mountain peaks higher than 8,000 meters. This includes the world's highest mountain, Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) as well as several of the world's deepest river gorges.

The Tsibri mountain range, true to its name, resembles a series of protruding ribs (ribs རྩིབ་མ་ rtsib ma, tsibma).
During the 11th century, the remote crags of Tsibri were inhabited by Padampa Sangye, the Indian master who introduced the lineages of Chod and Zhije into Tibet.

This is written by Tsiel Ohayon on his FB page:
"Amit Soussana, 40, was kidnapped from kibbutz Kfar Azza on October 7th. Video footage at the time showed her fighting back the 10 or so terrorists who were dragging her into Gaza. She fought like a lioness but unfortunately could do nothing against these animals. Her clothes were torn off her as they took her to Gaza. She was freed after 55 days in captivity, on Nov 30th. An article in the New York times today describes her ordeal and how she was sexually assaulted by her guard. She was taken to a child’s room and chained to the bed. The room was decorated with Bob Sponge. Her guard would come sit next to her, touch her, lift her dress, and ask her specific sexual questions such as when her period was due.
One morning he unchained her and told her to go shower. He came back to the bathroom with a gun and asked her to remove her towel. Putting a gun to her head, he raped her even though she resisted. After his cowardly act, he asked her not “to tell Israel”. She is the first Israeli captive to tell her story about sexual abuse. There are additional stories about female hostages still in Gaza that were witnessed by freed hostages back in November. This confirms the UN report that came out a month ago about such exactions that Hamas forcibly deny, saying it’s not Islamic to rape women. They will need a better excuse, it’s not Islamic to kill people in their beds either, it’s not Islamic to kidnap people. Hamas has broken every Islamic ruling.
In the NYT article, Amit continued to describe other exactions that Hamas committed on her, on one occasion her mouth was taped, her feet tied, she was suspended hanging “like a chicken” from a stick stretching between two couches. She was in severe pain and thought her hands were about to be dislocated. It requires a lot of courage to speak out, but she is doing it for those still in Gaza and for those freed who still haven’t come to terms with their ordeal and feel ashamed for something they are not responsible for. The world needs to know. These animals need to be brought to justice or sent to their creator or both. The world needs to pressure Hamas to FREE all hostages immediately. It’s a war crime, there is no reason to have to exchange these innocent people for blood thirsty terrorists who once out of jail will return to their killings. What world do we live in? Think for a moment if it was your daughter or sister. How would you feel? What kind of justice would you want? Hamas and its likes need to be destroyed. As Gallant would say we have moral obligation to these people that the country let down. No one touches our women. I can only salute Amit for her courage, and I dearly hope her mind and body will heal to a full extent. We can only wish her the best. I also hope that Amit has provided the other women who were mistreated to take their courage with two hands and describe what happened to them during their ordeal."
