Η Αγία Αναστασία η φαρμακολύτρια τιμάται στις 22 Δεκεμβρίου και είναι προστάτιδα των φαρμακοποιών.
Ευλόγως,λοιπόν,γίνεται η παρουσίαση ενός διάσημου φαρμακείου: Το Τσούφλειο φαρμακείο βρίσκεται στο Τσεπέλοβο του Ζαγορίου.
Ιδρύθηκε όπως αναγράφεται στην προμετωπίδα του το 1874 από τον μεγάλο εθνικό ευεργέτη Αναστάσιο Τσούφλη.
Αυτός ξενιτεύτηκε με τον αδελφό του στη Μολδαβία,απέκτησε τεράστια περιουσία την οποία και δώρισε ολόκληρη στο Ελλημικό κράτος. Στην γενέτειρά του έκτισε και χρηματοδότησε τη λειτουργία του ομώνυμου φαρμακείου Αργότερα λειτούργησε ως ταχυδρομείο και τώρα ως Δημοτική Πινακοθήκη με έργα του Τσεπελοβίτη Πέτρου Παπαβασιλείου, που είναι διεθνώς γνωστός ως Petros.
Η διαθήκη είχε και χρήματα για σπουδές των παιδιών του χωριού του, οικονομική ενίσχυση των φτωχών, χηρών, ορφανών, αναξιοπαθούντων. Περιελάμβανε επίσης την αμοιβή του γιατρού και συντήρηση εκκλησιών.
Διέθεσε μεγάλα ποσά στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, στην Πολυτεχνική Σχολή, στην ανάπτυξη του Ελληνικού Εθνικού Στόλου, στην Ακαδημία Αθηνών.
Το κληροδότημα Τσούφλη, διέθεσε επίσης μεγάλα χρηματικά ποσά για τη δημιουργία των Τσούφλειων Διδακτηρίων στην Μακεδονία, για την ανάπτυξη της ελληνικής παιδείας και κουλτούρας και το σημαντικότερο, για την αναζωπύρωση και τη διατήρηση της εθνικής συνείδησης (Γευγελή, Στρώμνιτσα, Δοιράνη, Πετρίτσι κ.λ.π 85 σχολεία).
Η μεγάλη ακίνητη περιουσία του Τσούφλη στη Βεσσαραβία έτυχε διαχείρισης σύμφωνα με τους όρους εκτέλεσης της διαθήκης μέχρι την Οκτωβριανή επανάσταση του 1917, καθώς άλλαξε το καθεστώς και είχε ως συνέπεια τη δέσμευση των περιουσιών.
Στον αύλειο χώρο του Τσούφλειου βρίσκεται το ταφικό μνημείο του ποιητή Ιωάννη Βηλαρά (1771-1823), ο οποίος τελείωσε τη ζωή του στο Τσεπέλοβο.

Tsoufli's large real estate in Bessarabia was managed in accordance with the terms of the treaty's execution until the October 1917 revolution as it changed the regime and resulted in the freezing of property.

In the courtyard of Tsouflio is the burial monument of poet Ioannis Vilaras (1771-1823), who finished his life in Tsepelovo.

Διακρίνονται στο βάθος ο κόκκινος τρουλίσκος και το εκπληκτικό εξαγωνικό καμπαναριό του Ιερού Ναού Αγίου Νικολάου(1753),από κάτω ακριβώς το αρχοντικο Παπάζογλου και δεξιά(με τα κίτρινα επιχρίσματα) το αρχοντικό-ξενώνας Τσαβαλιά.

The red small dome and the magnificent hexagonal bell tower of St. Nicholas' Church (1753) can be seen in the background, just below the mansion Papazoglou and on the right (yellow painted) the Tsavalia mansion-hostel.
