The eye pupils of cats is a very remarkable design, since they can see so well in the dark. My lens was at f/1.4. However, the way the blades close is very different to the way they close in the cat's eye. I wonder why the cat's one is better.
Their eye pupils are almond shaped, while our pupils, and the lense's aperture, are round.
This is a 4 weeks old kitten when this shot was taken. His eyes actually changed color later, and became brown-greenish.
