The Netherlands Westzaan.
De Schoolmeester (1692) is a smock mill which is maintained in full working order. It is the only wind powered paper mill in the world. The name De Schoolmeester (The Schoolmaster) probably denotes the occupation of one of the founders.

This spot near Baptist church "de Vermaning" in the village Westzaan is one of my favorite KAP-sites.
