The Netherlands-Eilandspolder
Originally four mills were used to drain the Eilandspolder. The only one left is windmill The Goshawk (1576), although it has lost its function and is not located on the original spot in village De Rijp. Nowadays The Goshawk can be found in the northwestern cormer of the polder, between the villages Grootschermer and Schermerhorn.
