"Who's afraid of yellow, green and ... height." Session with kite and camera on grounds managed by "De Hooge Weide" foundation. Their aim is to protect and preserve nature reserves in the Castricummerpolder. They achieve great success with a.o. high water level and no (or at the most little) fertilization. A rich birdlife and vegetation is their reward. The images show the flowering Greater Yellow-rattle (grote ratelaar-Rhinanthus angustifolius), a semi-parasitic plant on grasses.
