The annual 21 km Egmond-Castricum-Egmond run, with almost 20.000 participants. First 10 k along the North Sea beach, the other half through the dunes, back to Egmond aan Zee. Good conditions: sunny, moderate south wind, but ... high tide. Best to follow the tide line.
