Hooded Crow hybrids. When there is less grey than normal as with this bird then it is not a pure Hooded Crow. They intergrade fairly commonly with Carrion Crows.
I actually saw my first Argyll carrion crow on this visit.

One of Oban's resident black guillemots joining the Spring gathering.
Usually seen out at sea but in Oban they have nested for many years in the sea wall providing excellent close up views of this beautiful bird.
