This morning, after work, I drove nearly 100 miles to this location just south of Biggs Junction in north central Oregon. I had a feeling there would be a spectacular sunrise. I was not disappointed. There is so much to love about this area: rolling hills, windmills, isolated farm houses, and a spectacular view of Mt. Hood. I was disappointed that the sun did not shine on the mountain particularly well. Maybe next time.
