Sometimes interpreted as a fragment from the hook end terminal of a gold torc dating to the late 2nd millennium BCE, this is probably instead a fragment of a Roman gold bracelet.
Inscribed with Latin letters in punched dots SCBONS.MB, of uncertain reading.

Gold pendants (although coinlike, they are uniface) with busts of the emperors Constantine I and Constantine II, from the Trier mint, with suspension loops.
Minted 4th c. CE (ca. 318-320 CE and 330-340 CE).
