This is a plea for anyone in Connecticut that rescues animals. This goose was shot with an arrow in the beginning of February. I see it almost every day and I can't find anyone to come Tranq it and remove or cut the arrow. DEP won't help, Animal Control won't help. It makes me sad to see it walking around with the arrow in its head. Sorry it is shaky it is hard to shoot video with a 500mm lens... The goose is in Old Lyme, CT
