I volunteered to monitor 2 Osprey nests for Osprey Nation which is a citizen science project to help determine the amount of Osprey fledged in CT. This is one of the nests I monitor and it has been empty for as long as I have known about it. Every year there are some spring battles there like these 2 females but no one ever sticks around.
