Fluidr / Bald Eagle Silhouette by Cherished Light Photography

Taken with Alan Murphy in the Kachemak Bay in Alaska. We were lucky to have a relatively clear sky for a wonderful sunset along with a few birds. This was one of the toughest shot I have taken. This was shot with Canon 300mm f/2.8 L II lens. I couldn't risk burning my retina by looking at the sun through the viewfinder, so had to use the live view and shoot blind, anticipating the bird. Fair to say, I got lucky with this one....
