I hope you aren't sick of my mountain lake shots yet, because that's pretty much the only thing I shot. I didn't even "realize" until I looked at my images. Oh look, it's another lake... LOL

This lake is called the "Green Lake" because of its emerald green waters. I visited the place many moons ago and then two years ago. I remember it then being a beautiful big lake. This time it looked more like a pond, in fact two ponds and a puddle. That's how low the water levels were. Or maybe the water levels were unusually high two years ago?

I now read that it almost dries out completely during fall and is used as a county park in the winter months. Come spring and with it the snow melt the lake returns.

This is the bigger one of the two ponds. ;-)
