This beautiful little guy was the first to welcome us to northern Kaua'i and I couldn't have been happier. Saw the female today as she was singing to us at the pool but, unfortunately, I only had my iPhone with me at the time. When researching this bird I read that it was shy but that certainly wasn't the case with either this male or the female.
