Despite its very church-like appearance, this is actually a former schoolhouse in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.

Vines grow on the abandoned "House of Prayer Christian Church, inc." I spotted while driving through Sussex County, Delaware back in March. I could not find any information about the history of this church at all.

The Bogert Covered Bridge, located in Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania is set to undergo a a large-scale refurbishing in 2024. The bridge was originally constructed in 1841 by Solomon W. Bogert at a cost of about $1,500. Today, it carries pedestrian traffic 145 feet across Little Lehigh Creek as part of the Lehigh Parkway series of trails. The design of the bridge is based on a Burr arch truss design. In 1956, the bridge was damaged by floods, causing it to close until repairs could be finished in 1957. The bridge was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1980. In 2004, the bridge underwent another extensive rehabilitation, including work on the trusses, roof, and siding, as well as the replacement of the stone bridge abutments. After that round of rehab, the bridge was re-opened as a pedestrian-only bridge.
