I took this shot as the sun was setting at the Paint Mines Interpretive Park in Calhan, CO. Going there was a last minute decision and I arrived late in the day so I didn't get a good survey of the area before the light got good. Anyway, I liked the way the light hit this little hoodoo while the rest of the area was in the shadows.
