Decided to start photographing Dams with my drone I photographed 3 Dams in Connecticut this was the second one.
I converted the image to a B&W to give it a nostalgic look and then put it in a square format because it just felt right to me.

Am Standort Phoenix-West, der im Dortmunder Süden ein Ausmaß von ca. 115 Hektar einnimmt, sind noch einige Anlagen als Denkmal übriggeblieben. Dies sind die beiden fast 100 Meter hohen Hochöfen mit einigen Gebäuden und Anlagen, wie zum Beispiel den Winderhitzern oder dem Wasserturm. 2002 wurde das Hochofenwerk in weiten Teilen unter Denkmalschutz gestellt. Auf Phoenix-West fand 1854 der erste und 1998 der letzte Hochofenabstich statt.
