I am pretty sure anyone who been to Venice has this similar shot of the grand canal. As long as you can find a bridge (how hard can it be! haha!), you can get a shot like that :D

- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation' (blues) to slightly lighten some buildings
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation' (cyans) to tone down any harshness
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation' (cyans) to enhance the water
- Applied slight 'unsharp mask' on background layer
