Another view at Bow Valley Provincial Park. The wetlands here are home to so many species of wildflower, as well as birds. These mountains are the eastern edge of the Rocky Mountains. Taken on 20th June 2005, not recently. I wish...!

Seen at the Pasu Sheep Farm, north of Calgary. This bird's feathers were the worse for wear but the beautiful colour of the head and neck remained. This was # 69 on 8th November 2006.
