I just read that avuncular former Board prez Aaron Peskin had introduced a resolution to demolish this beast in 2004. Too bad it didn't come down with the Embarcadero Freeway. The "pestiferous eyesore" still stands. P.S. It's possible the bonus pigeon is a bonus seagull, but I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.
