Field landscape north of Lake Laacher See a week ago today. The sky was a rather boring gray, so I didn't include it in the picture.

Last week before sunrise at a small lake in the Wittlich Valley:
This play of colors appeared in the morning sky for about 5 minutes.
A change in the weather and heavy clouds were predicted in the morning, so I set off early. But I hadn't expected this explosion of color and had never experienced anything like it there before.

Letzte Woche vor Sonnenaufgang an einem kleinen See in der Wittlicher Senke:
für ungefähr 5 Minuten zeigte sich am Morgenhimmel dieses Farbenspiel.
Es war zum Morgen hin eine Wetteränderung und Aufzug von starker Bewölkung vorhergesagt, so dass ich mich frühzeitig auf den Weg machte. Aber mit dieser Farbexplosion hatte ich nicht gerechnet und sowas bisher dort auch noch nicht erlebt.

In such early morning moods, the camera's shutter release and sensor "glow", so there are a number of image variations to show... I hope you don't get bored.
